77 Place is an innovative design solution to address the particular needs of housing stock for IT and other professionals working in and around the 72-acre campus of Divyasree Technopolis, a 5.5 million sq ft integrated township development in the heart of the city. The design offers a doublement or a double unit apartment which has one primary apartment with a smaller annexed unit in varying configurations. This offers the potential of adaptability of use over its lifetime accommodating the changing familial and financial needs of its occupants.
The apartment configurations vary from a primary unit of a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment with attached units of 1 or 2 bedrooms, ranging from 2500-5000 sq.ft. The attached units thus cater to a wide range of possible occupancy with independent spaces to accommodate aged parents or adult children, to be used as home offices or art studios, rented out or retained partially or completely over its user cycle.
An elaborate well-equipped Clubhouse over 55000 sq ft and outdoor parks and open play courts house sports and recreational amenities to cater to the needs of the 370 apartments in the project.
Being an intrinsic part of the Technopolis helps its occupants with a sustainable work life balance.
