The Office building is part of a mixed-use development along with a group of residential towers at the rear of the layout. Designed with a long span modular grid structure to offer flexibility in its floor area occupation, its façade is also a composition of modular frames and punched windows. It offers premium office spaces in a well-developed area of the city.
