BIT III is a mixed-use building taken up as a retrofit design from a preexisting building structure. A mammoth development of 7.5 lakh sqft of IT office space in Gachibowli area, it is geared to meet the highly growing demands in the IT sector in Hyderabad.
The building features a central core with offices placed all around it maximizing the daylighting and views in the offices. The last floor, vertically integrated through courtyards with the terrace gardens, will have club spaces and restaurants to offer recreational and sports facilities to the office occupants and public.
