project description

Crystal Palm in one of the early entrants to the mixed-use mall format in the city, which has transitioned the shopping experience of buyers from open markets to air-conditioned indoor spaces.

The design of Crystal Palm is characterized by a full heightened atrium with curved glass walls which open views of the atrium to the outside and in turn draw in the city view as its users travel vertically on escalators and elevators through its volume.

Crystal plan has a wide pedestrian interactive plaza which together with its atrium turns into an activity hub for public on festivals and special events.

The layout has a wider floor format at its front for anchor stores and vanilla shops around a linear rear atrium both tied to the central vertical atrium. The upper levels have restaurants and the multiplex while a suite of offices is separately accessed from a side driveway and an office reception lobby.
