A mixed-use proposal, Expat Village meets the residential as well as all types of urban lifestyle needs of the international employees working in the IT sector of the city. Inspired from the cluster planning of villages and sprawled activities, it houses rental housing scheme, shopping complex, gym, multi-cuisine food plaza, crèche etc. essential to the corporate employees and city dwellers.
The design uplifts the horizontal greens from the ground to functional green terraces, also creating vistas from the open enclosures towards the vast greens around the built structures.
