A small cottage standing tall atop a hill facing magnificent panoramic Himalayan peak views, the project was a designed to be a home in the hills for family. The cottage design responded to the site, its constraints and budget to be a minimal, cozy two level cottage. The house has all the signature features of a pahadi dwelling from its wooden floors, attic, rainwater reservoir, skylights, bay windows and metal trims to sloping roofs, to create a memorable setting for many holidays.
