Mahendra Aarya is detailed to create a residential oasis with earthy rustic finishes in a garden setting in the IT Hub of Bangalore - Electronic City Phase 02. The apartment configuration and layout is open on all sides to maximize light, ventilation and views. The lobbies opening up to green landings at all levels carry the visual of gardens up to the last floor of the building.
The Club and community spaces occupy the high double- heighted ground floor of the apartment tower with all its varied functions arranged around a central swimming pool side creating a tranquil microclimate to shut out the noise and activity of its site surroundings. With a wide range of amenities, it provides a perfect choice for all age groups for recreation.
The primary concept for the landscape design is to segregate the formal and informal section of the landscape. The formal section begins at the Gatehouse and ends at the far end of the Clubhouse. The informal side is more focused on community spaces like; tranquil gardens between the towers, an open air performance theatre, gazebos and pavilions for activity, outdoor gym areas, reflexology path, tree covered chowpals etc.
The well-designed landscape integrates all the towers into one, giving the feeling of community and a single society. Overall, the project looks forward to create a society which caters to the natural and recreational aspect equally to the living necessitates.
