project description

Genome Valley has emerged as the preferred destination for major R&D focused life sciences companies in India. It houses over 150 Companies, making it the country’s largest cluster of multi-tenanted lab space infrastructure in a single location. Located in Shameerpet, Genome Valley is a mix of knowledge parks, special economic zones, multi-tenanted wet laboratories, incubation facilities, office spaces along with supporting peripheral facilities.

Modi Research Centre is a biotech research lab facility in the Genome valley offering fully serviced lab premises to companies for R & D operations.

At the heart of its master plan is a voluminous green garden court giving the campus over 50000 sq ft of green gardens, amphitheater, event spaces and eatery sit outs.

The simple arrangement of the various buildings around this court optimizes the site's potential and creates a lively center for all its functions. The entry to the campus is aligned to this central axis to open views of the courts and creates a double heighted drop off beneath the high connecting bridge of the buildings on either side.

The perimeter driveways allow access to all the facilities and basement parking and store facilities. The important mechanical and engineering services are laid out in the service yards to the rear of the campus.
