My Haveli at its inception garnered the Guinness World Record for the biggest ground breaking ceremony with a record number of pundits performing the puja for every apartment designed. At a time when apartments and vertical buildings was still not the favored option for living in Jaipur, the name My Haveli (a palatial house in local language), resonated with its buyers and rooted itself in their traditional sensibilities.
The project was also a first to bring modularity and flexibility as important concepts to apartment design, bringing building efficiencies and ease of adaptive reuse to the fore.
The landscape design wove a shallow but wide water channel that flowed through the central courts of the two phases connecting the towers with the green garden spaces and expansive Club areas.
