The site is designed such that, vehicular movement is restricted to the northern zone of the land, allowing the remaining area of the site to be entirely pedestrianized. The drop-off plazas, located on the northern side are designed with double height entries and lobbies with separate and exclusive access to each tower.
The podium facade is covered with lush green vertical walls in combination with vertical louvered elements, having contemporary and minimalistic facade lighting which accentuates the form and design of the project.
The club house and activity zones are segregated in 4 zones, with the main club nestled within the podium floors towards the west side, the swimming pools and other outdoor functions positioned in the open to sky podium and on ground at the southern side of the site.
