Located in Whitefield, the IT Hub of Bangalore, the project responded to the high demand for housing in this district and offers a wide range of apartment and twin apartments (doublement designs) to cater to a wide spectrum of users in the area. The master plan integrates the surrounding city levels to its lower ground entry parking floors, conserving the podium to provide extensive gardens, open play courts and club spaces for its 1300 homes. The floor layouts oriented diagonally maximize the light, ventilation, and views for its inhabitants.
