A red semi-circular building block with a curvilinear entrance porch extending towards the outer ring road makes it one of the urban artifacts of Bellandur, a highly dense sub-urban region of south-east Bengaluru. The drop off area in addition to the desired setbacks creates an inviting pedestrian plaza that merges with the pedestrian pathway along the main road, thereby blurring the boundaries between the private and public spaces.
One of the main design features, a narrow five storeys height atrium space with glass roof on top, improves the energy efficiency and central experience of the building. The escalators positioned adjacent to the corridors overlooking the atrium space, simplifies orientation and increases the overall legibility of the center.
