Studio Panache is a boutique condominium in Jaipur. The site, in close proximity to the international airport and the neighboring industrial park and SEZ, was considered ideal for serviced residences and studio apartments.
It creates short and long term serviced accommodation for young professionals as well as businessmen and airline crews. The serviced apartments are fully detailed in multiple configurations in a modular form. The facade design is also a modular expression of boxed windows and balconies creating a geometric visual in monochromatic shades of white and greys.
One of the special details of the design is the central open courtyard in which the podium garden at first floor level connects to the open spaces of ground floor by means of a stramp feature. This cascading landscape detail with water elements has nooks for group seating areas and provides shady breakout spaces for its users.
The Club and Concierge offer a Reception, Cafeteria, Business Centre, Gymnasium and Laundry among its various services with parking in the basements.
