Located in the heart of Hyderabad, the site lies along a botanical garden and derives its name from its green surrounding. The natural topography and presence of huge boulders rendering the land almost unsuitable was sculpted under the masterful veteran landscape architect Prof Shaheer. Placing the buildings above the ground level at its highest point, the topographic contours and natural features have been preserved throughout the site by planning the parking podiums and lower Club areas to fill in the hollow spaces beneath the plinth of the towers.
The linear undulating site accommodates over 300 luxury condominiums and sky villas in its six towers and 22 storey. An important unique feature of this project is a 3700 sqm clubhouse with its base wedged at the foot of the towers and another part suspended at high vertical elevation offering recreational spaces with panoramic views of the botanical gardens and the city.
