The project is designed on one of the prestigious large bungalow plots of the C- Scheme area of Jaipur, one of the early expansion precincts outside the fort walls of the old Jaipur city. Originally occupied by the traditionally wealthy families of the city, the area is today developed to include increasing commercial development and high-end apartment buildings.
The Mansion is a boutique building with limited edition large single floor apartments on its eight levels. They enjoy the luxury of privacy, light, ventilation, and views in all directions with large high terraces and balconies lending spacious extensions to the homes.
The project has spacious club areas on the ninth and terrace levels overlooking the charming Nahargarh hills towards the north and 360 views of the city. The terrace with its raised swimming pool deck and adjoining party spaces is an ideal break away from the bustling city flowing at its feet.
The building is designed to achieve the LEED Gold rating. Its contemporary exterior facade is a combination of dry wall stone cladding, GRC screens with wooden pergolas and fenestration's which heighten the solar shading of the envelope and resultant energy efficiency of the building.
