Urban Square is an office building with strong façade massing compositions which create its unique identity and help create vertically interconnected green spaces. It has a retail segment of stores and restaurants on its first three levels leading to a corporate club at its fourth and followed by multiple office floors above in varying compositions.
The façade is broken into segments appearing as a composition of carefully arranged rectangular blocks over one another and moving inwards and out from the main façade. The resultant recesses create terraces and voids, self-shading large parts of the façade and opening views to the outside.
